While there may be many methods of color-coding boards—industry standards tend to follow a standard designation for cutting board colors:

• White chopping boards - bakery and dairy products

• Yellow cutting boards - cooked meat.

• Brown cutting boards - root vegetables.

• Red cutting boards - raw meat.

• Blue cutting boards - raw fish.

• Green cutting boards - salad, fruit and fresh vegetables.

• Brown cutting board - breads

All of the cutting boards that we sell are capable of being resurfaced through our resurfacing process. These board are all made from High Quality High Density Polyethylene plastic (HDPE), which is the industry standard for all commercial kitchens for food cutting and prepping surfaces.
